1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Iconic Cleanup LLC, doing business as Iconic Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting, scheduling, or accepting any of our services, you ("you" or "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all one-time services, recurring service agreements, and any related communications, estimates, invoices, or transactions between you and Iconic Landscaping.

2. Definitions

Services: All landscaping, cleanup, maintenance, and related services offered by Iconic Landscaping.
Quote / Estimate: A written or electronic document outlining the scope, price, and conditions of a proposed service.
Job: A single approved and scheduled service engagement.
Visit: An individual scheduled appointment within a recurring service agreement.
Deposit: A non-refundable upfront payment required to confirm and schedule a Job.
Client: Any individual or entity that requests, schedules, or receives services from Iconic Landscaping.
Site: Our website and any social media platforms operated by Iconic Landscaping.
3. Services

Iconic Landscaping provides landscaping, outdoor cleanup, maintenance, and related services exclusively within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Services are performed as described in the approved quote. Any scope changes, additions, or modifications must be agreed upon in writing (including text or email) prior to performance. Additional work outside the original quote may result in additional charges.

4. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. A quote is not a guarantee of final pricing if conditions at the property differ materially from what was represented at the time of quoting (e.g., significantly more debris, overgrowth, or access issues than disclosed).

Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client and any on-site assessment conducted by our team. Iconic Landscaping is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.

5. Payment Terms

A. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total quoted job value is required to confirm and schedule all jobs. Your job will not be placed on the schedule until the deposit is received. By paying the deposit, you confirm acceptance of the quote and these Terms.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel a job after a deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned regardless of notice given.

B. Remaining Balance & Invoice Payment

The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Invoices are sent electronically via Jobber upon job completion or as otherwise agreed.

If payment is not received within 7 days of invoice issuance and we have not heard any concerns from you, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance. We will always attempt to contact you by text message to confirm before processing the charge.

D. Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 7 days of invoice issuance are considered past due. After a 3-day grace period (day 10 from invoice date), the following late fees apply:

A flat late fee of $25.00 will be applied on day 10 (3 days after the 7-day due date).
An additional monthly interest charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance will accrue for each 30-day period the invoice remains unpaid beyond day 10.
We reserve the right to suspend or decline future services until all outstanding balances, including applicable late fees, are resolved. Repeated late payments may require prepayment for future jobs. In the event legal or collection action is required to recover an unpaid balance, you agree to reimburse Iconic Landscaping for reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees where permitted by Pennsylvania law.

E. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about an invoice, you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date at 484-925-1640 or contact@iconic.land. Raising a concern does not automatically pause the payment due date, but we will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate dispute before charging the card on file.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A. Cancelling a Full Job

If you cancel an entire job after a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. We will not charge the remaining balance, but the deposit will be retained to cover scheduling and mobilization costs already incurred.

B. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Visit (Recurring Services)

For recurring service agreements, individual visit cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to a portion of that visit's scheduled service value, as determined by Iconic Landscaping.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the recurring schedule.

C. Weather & Conditions

Iconic Landscaping reserves the right to reschedule visits due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible and reschedule at the next available time at no additional cost to you.

7. Client Obligations

To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:

Provide accurate property information when requesting a quote or booking services.
Ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed, including unlocking gates and restraining or removing pets.
Disclose any known hazards on the property (underground utilities, irrigation systems, fragile landscaping features, etc.).
Be respectful to our team members at all times.
Pay the full amount agreed upon in the approved quote, in accordance with these Terms.
Iconic Landscaping is not liable for damage caused by hazards that were not disclosed prior to service (e.g., unmarked irrigation lines, buried objects, or unstable ground).

8. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

The issue must be directly caused by our workmanship or a deficiency in how the service was performed.
Issues resulting from weather events, natural growth, third-party actions, or normal wear after service are not covered.
The guarantee applies to the original scope of work only. Changes in conditions or client-requested modifications after completion are not covered.
Guarantee requests submitted after 7 days of completion will be evaluated at our discretion and may be subject to additional charges.

9. Recurring Service Agreements

Clients who enroll in recurring maintenance or cleanup agreements (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal) are subject to the following:

Recurring agreements continue until cancelled by either party with reasonable written notice (text or email is acceptable).
Individual visit pricing is based on the agreed recurring rate at the time of enrollment. Rates are subject to change with 14 days' written notice.
Missed visits due to Client cancellation (with less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged per the cancellation policy in Section 6.
Significant changes to property conditions that increase the scope of work may result in a revised rate.
10. Property Damage

Our team takes care to protect your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew during service, notify us within 48 hours of job completion so we can assess and address the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by undisclosed property conditions, or damage resulting from normal service activities to areas not intended to be protected (e.g., natural settling of mulch, minor turf disturbance from equipment).

11. Photos & Testimonials

We may photograph properties before, during, and after service for internal quality review and marketing purposes. By engaging our services, you grant Iconic Landscaping a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use property photos for marketing on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not want your property photographed for marketing use, please notify us in writing prior to service. We will still photograph for internal quality purposes only.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you grant us permission to reproduce and share that content in our marketing materials, attributed to your first name and general location unless you request otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Iconic Cleanup LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior express written consent.

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your contact details, payment information, and SMS communications. Please review our Privacy Policy, available at our website or upon request. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Cleanup LLC and its employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific job shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that job.

15. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Direct Communication

Contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Reach us at 484-925-1640 or contact@iconic.land. We commit to responding within 2 business days and making a good-faith effort to resolve the matter.

Step 2 — Mediation

If direct communication does not resolve the dispute, both parties may agree to engage a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate a resolution. Costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

Step 3 — Legal Action

If mediation is unsuccessful or waived, either party may pursue legal action in the appropriate court located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Termination of Services

Iconic Landscaping reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any Client at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is abusive toward our team, or otherwise makes continued service untenable. Any outstanding balance owed at the time of termination remains due and payable.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. For existing recurring service clients, material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any approved quote or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iconic Landscaping with respect to the services described. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal.
