Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. Where required by applicable law (including Pennsylvania's wiretapping statute), we will provide notice prior to recording. By continuing a call after notice is given, you consent to recording.

Customers may access a secure online portal through Jobber to view quotes, approve services, review invoices, and submit payments. Portal access is protected by authentication measures managed by Jobber. We encourage customers to use strong, unique passwords and to log out after each session.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Jobber Payments. We do not store credit card or banking information directly on our systems. Payment data is encrypted and handled through Jobber's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We are not liable for data breaches originating from Jobber's systems.

10. Data Storage & Access

Customer data is stored exclusively within the following authorized systems:

Jobber — CRM, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing
Google Contacts — limited contact management only
Employees do not download, export, or locally store customer data. Access to customer records is restricted to authorized team members only, on a need-to-know basis.

11. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

Internal team members performing or coordinating services
Jobber (CRM, scheduling, and payment processing)
Website hosting and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
Professional or legal service providers as required for business operations
