Our story.
Iconic started in 2023 with Shanin, Ariston, and Josh taking on local landscaping projects out of a garage in Pottstown. No website, no business plan — just neighborhood properties and a habit of finishing them better than they needed to be.
Word spread through before-and-afters, referrals, and repeat clients. We reinvested in equipment, brought more people onto the crew, and treated it like the company it was becoming.
In March 2024, Iconic Landscaping LLC was officially registered. Today we run real crews, structured operations, and leadership across field, ops, scheduling, marketing, and finance.

Dan runs the side of Iconic that clients actually feel: quoting, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations. He's the reason quotes come back fast and projects stay on schedule.

Jayden leads crews on site, runs walkthroughs, and keeps job quality consistent across every property. He's the person the operation leans on once work starts in the field.

the daily logistics lead
Ryan coordinates the daily logistics that hold a season together: scheduling, route planning, and crew assignments. He keeps the field workflow moving without friction.

Leila leads brand and social for Iconic. She shapes how the company shows up online and makes sure the way we present matches the standard of the work in the field.

Max runs payroll, invoicing, expenses, and the financial reporting behind the business. He keeps the numbers tight so the rest of the team can focus on the work.

At the end of every season we treat our entire crew to Applebee's, and recognize the people who showed up the hardest. We give out paper plate awards and announce the coveted Employee of the Year.
We started young, but we built Iconic around systems, standards, and accountability.
