Earnings Potential: 

• Earn profit on every single job completed

  • Based on last year, this would be about $10,000 but we are expected to grow. Expect $10,000-$20,000

  • Pay is based solely on performance

• Earn $17.5+/hour for time spent on jobs

• Bonuses: Bonuses can be awarded if performance is excellent

• Ownership You may get the chance to invest in the company, or be given ownership

What we are looking for:

• Able to put in 10-20+ hours/week outside of school or other  

• Need to be able to work from July 2025-August 2026

• Need to be a well trained & experienced landscaper

• Starting as a landscaper at Iconic Cleanup heavily preferred
